I needed to get insurance for a 22-year-old family member (who just got a 2024 Ford Ranger that day) and I wanted him to be fully insured immediately. From the moment I called, Nelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, patient, and incredibly efficient. She walked me through every step of the process, explained all the options clearly, and helped me set up full coverage to make sure my family member is protected. Thinking this would take all afternoon, I was thrilled that from the time I made the call… to having him fully insured only took 29 minutes. I was expecting it to be very expensive, as he is a 22-year-old male – I was stunned at the affordability of full coverage! Nelly also introduced me to the DriveSafe option and made sure I understood all the benefits. "I have been with Jim Moore for several years. When my daughter was in a car accident, I got a call within an hour, fully expecting to have a zillion things to do. Instead, it was Jim Moore calling to make sure my daughter was okay and telling me they would handle everything. They did. I had to do one thing, get an estimate. When we had recent damage to my car and our roof due to hail storms, they handled everything from start to finish. I didn’t have to do anything but get the estimates and drop off my car. They call me once a year to ensure I have the coverage I need and I am not paying for things I don’t need. I highly recommend them."
