"I have been with Jim Moore for several years. When my daughter was in a car accident, I got a call within an hour, fully expecting to have a zillion things to do. Instead, it was Jim Moore calling to make sure my daughter was okay and telling me they would handle everything. They did. I had to do one thing, get an estimate. When we had recent damage to my car and our roof due to hail storms, they handled everything from start to finish. I didn’t have to do anything but get the estimates and drop off my car. They call me once a year to ensure I have the coverage I need and I am not paying for things I don’t need. I highly recommend them."
